  3. Operator’s contact email address: contact@sharphorizon.pl
  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with regard to the data voluntarily provided on the website.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator, possessing the appropriate key, can read it. This ensures that data is protected in the event the database is stolen from the server.
  3. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way—its operation cannot be reversed, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.
  4. The website uses two-factor authentication, providing an additional form of login protection.
  5. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  6. To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.
  7. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, particularly the regular updating of software components.

3. Hosting

  1. The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: cyberFolks.pl
  2. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company maintains logs at the server level, which may include:
    • resources identified by URL identifiers (addresses of requested resources—pages, files),
    • time of request arrival,
    • time of sending the response,
    • client station name—identification performed via the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
    • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link)—if the transition to the website occurred through a hyperlink,
    • information about the user’s browser,
    • information about the IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of ordering services through the forms on the website,
    • information related to email communication directed to or from the Operator.
